• This article discusses how educators can use video-based announcements in a K-12 learning environment to support student engagement and motivation. This article also focuses on how ePortfolios can be used to document students' learning progress from video-based announcements. We look to engage students more fully during morning announcements by examining the advantages that video-based learning provides students when creating an ePortfolio.

• The information in this article can be helpful to others by providing educators with methods for integrating video-based announcements into student ePortfolios to enhance learning. Eportfolios can provide a way for teachers to collect and share student work and to receive feedback from other educators. The platform provides access to millions of royalty-free photos, illustrations, and templates, which can be used to create custom designs for logos, social media posts, banners, infographics, and more.

• Final Cut Pro X

  • Final Cut Pro X is a digital resource that allows users to edit video and audio files. It includes several tools for trimming, adding effects, and exporting videos.
