Synthesis Digital Learning Leader 5320

The world of education is ever-evolving, and as educators, we must adapt and grow with it. The increasing focus on technology and digital learning is one of the most significant shifts in recent years. Over the past 12 months, I have been working on a huge puzzle, so to speak. When I began the Applied Digital Learning Program, I was tasked with creating an innovation plan. This plan was a goal that I had for my organization to make improvements. I wrote a proposal to the stakeholders in my organization. I proposed the implementation of ePorfolios in kindergarten classrooms to increase literacy skills so that students can read on grade level by the end of the school year. Throughout the program, I viewed this plan as if it were a picture on a puzzle box (the ultimate goal). It was my job to create all the valuable ADL pieces to my plan so that I could implement the plan in my organization. Now that I am approaching the finish line, I have all these great pieces that I have had the honor of piecing together to form a masterpiece.
